Returns
Our Return Policy lasts for 14 days from delivery.

Used Items - We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for used items.
Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when returned.
Electrical Items - All electrical items are covered by us for and up to and including 28 days from delivery, if your item has arrived damaged you must report this within 48 hours of delivery, as we are not the manufacturer of any issues with your electrical product after 28 days are now covered by the manufacturer's warranty and would need to be returned directly to the manufacturer for a repair or replacement. This would be the customer's responsibility for any shipping costs incurred.
Any faulty electrical items returned to us within 28 days you will receive a replacement or refund.
How to Return - Choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being returned. We would recommend sending your return via tracked or signed for delivery options and always keep proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it is returned to us.
Please allow up to 7 working days to be credited with your refund. All refunds are credited via the original payment method used when placing your order.
Delivery charges - Our original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. alternatively, we can issue a replacement after we receive the returned items.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
