How do I contact the seller about an item or my order?

Any questions regarding a shop item should be made directly to the Seller. Go to the shop page and there is an “Ask a Question" button.  If you have a question about an order, contact the shop directly, you should have received a confirmation email containing the seller’s email address when you placed your order on Mayfli.  If the seller does not respond to your email within 2 working days, please contact Mayfli at and we will do our best to help you get the problem rectified. 

How do I buy something on Mayfli?

To buy something on Mayfli you don’t need to register with us but, we advise you create an account with us, as it will able you to save your favourite shops, wish lists, view your order history and contact sellers via the Mayfli messaging service.  After your purchase you will also be able to leave a review about the shop your bought from.
To buy something, select ‘Add to Basket’ on the item page (please ensure you have left all the information the buyer needs to complete your order) it will then be added to your shopping basket which is displayed at the top of each page. 
You can check out from your basket,  Please note that adding items to your basket does not remove it from sale,  so if you need the item please purchase right away as someone else might buy it before you check out.

When will my item arrive?

Each shop will have their own dispatch and shipping times for each item sold, please refer to the individual shops.  Many items are made to order please check you are happy with the dispatch times before ordering. 

For Overseas sales will I pay import tax? 

You may be required to pay customs/import duties/ taxes upon delivery according to the laws of your country. Please check your country’s threshold prior to purchase.
If you are unsure, please contact the seller directly from the “Ask a Question" button in their shop.

How do I leave a Review?

You can leave a shop review, product review or BOTH.  For shop review go to the shop you bought your product from on their home page press reviews.  Here you can leave a review regarding your product and experience.  If you would like to leave a review on the item, go to your account and in purchases click on the product you have bought in here you can leave a review.
How do I cancel, return, exchange an item or ask for a refund?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 28 days from the date of purchase to cancel, return or exchange your item. All items must be returned to the seller in the UK.  Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, Please see our returns policy here

I haven’t received my order?

If you haven’t received your item in the time frame which was advised by the seller at the time of purchase please contact the seller directly from the “ contact” button in their shop.
If you do not hear from the seller within 2 working days of contacting them, please email us at and we will do our best to help. 
I can see an item but can’t add it to my cart
There are a number of possible reasons why you cannot proceed to purchase. 
You have not filled out all the mandatory information boxes, so your order won't submit.
Seller does not ship to your address outside the UK
The seller is on holiday and the shop is set to holiday mode.
The item maybe out of stock but you can sign up to be notified when the item comes back into stock.
The item will have a date in which the item will be available to order from
