How to Leave a Review

If you placed your order while signed into your account:

1. Log into your account

2. Go to ‘Orders’

3. Find the item you want to review

4. Click ‘Leave a Review’

You’ll be asked to rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars:

• ★☆☆☆☆ = Disappointing

• ★★★★★ = Outstanding

You can also leave a written comment and upload a photo of your item, this is especially helpful to other shoppers!

Guest Buyers

If you checked out as a guest, don’t worry! You’ll receive an email a few days after your order arrives, inviting you to leave a review directly.

Got a Problem with Your Order?

We always recommend reaching out to the seller first to give them a chance to resolve the issue. Our sellers work hard and appreciate the opportunity to make things right.

If a negative review is posted before contacting the seller, it may be removed to ensure fairness.
