At Market Collective, all shipping times are set by our individual sellers and may vary depending on the item and the shipping method selected at checkout. This time frame refers to when your item will be dispatched—not the actual delivery date.

Made-to-order, personalised, or bespoke products may take up to 30 days to be made, crafted, or prepared. You’ll find the estimated dispatch time clearly listed on each product page and seller profile.

Need your item by a specific date?
Please reach out to the seller before placing your order by clicking the “Ask a question” button on their shop page. They’ll be happy to let you know if it’s possible.

After You Order

• Once your item is posted, the seller will update your order status, and you’ll receive an automated email letting you know it’s on its way.

• If you’ve ordered from more than one shop on Mayfli, your items will be sent out separately—so they may arrive on different days and in separate packages.
