How to contact a shop about your order

If you have questions about your order, the quickest way to resolve your enquiry is to contact the relevant shop you placed your order with.

 You can do this by following one of the two options below:

1. Press the  "Ask a Question" button on the product you are interested in buying.
2. If you have already bought your item,  go to your account within Mayfli and contact the shop via your order.

Our Shops normally respond to you within 24 hours however we ask for your understanding and patience during out of hours and weekends.
