We aim to dispatch any in stock items within 1-3 working days via Royal mail (please note delivery times will be in addition and may take up to an additional 3-5 working days to arrive within the UK mainland area).
Bespoke/custom orders are individually handmade for each order and may take up to 14 days for prepping, creating, setting in addition to the delivery times. Please contact us to discuss your order especially if you need it for a particular date.
If you wish us to ship outside the UK, please contact us for shipping costs we currently only post to the UK.

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, then we are happy to refund or exchange standard website items if returned within 10 days of the date you received your order (please read our terms and conditions). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase/order email.
Items that have been personalised/custom made or a bespoke order cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item - we are not liable for customer damage/accidents.
Care information is provided with every item purchased and all products are lightly sealed with a water repellant sealant to protect from water damage/potential staining however our products are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.
Do not leave liquids on your products for lengthy periods of time. We recommend using a damp or dry cloth to clean your product with and dry thoroughly afterwards. Do not leave pools of liquid on your product or store items that are wet as this may stain your item. Do not use chemicals on your product either.
All products are individually handmade and unique each time, so the item you receive may not be the exact colour/look as shown in the image shown. All products are made by hand and during that process due to the material, air bubbles or scratches may form. This does not mean your product is damaged or that it will be any less durable and is part of the uniqueness of Jesmonite and resin.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Description
A practical and stylish heart shaped tray / trinket dish – Handmade from eco-friendly, Jesmonite products.
These stunning heart shaped dishes are all individually hand mixed and poured in small batches by us, so each one is totally unique and therefore each one will be slightly different to the image shown. They are sealed with UV/heat/moisture resistant sealant and have a cork backed base to protect your furniture. All are stamped on the bottom with our logo on.
These handcrafted dishes have so many uses:
- A beautiful jewellery or trinket dish,
- perfect to display your perfume bottles/toiletries on,
- a useful office accessory to keep your desk tidy,
- handy for spare change and a practical tray for keys,
- display candles or diffusers or add one of our gorgeous tealight candle holders to,
- add one of our starfish accessories to it,
- or pop one of our mini pots with gorgeous faux succulents in and brighten up your home!
They make an ideal wedding, birthday or housewarming gift. The heart shaped dish measures approximately 10cm x 13cm.
We offer FREE postage on all our products within mainland UK and all our products are gift wrapped in beautiful tissue and ribbons. We can also add a personalised handwritten message on our cards to send to the recipient (add a note in the order section).

Note: During the production process, variations are to be expected (colour, texture, air bubbles, slight unevenness or tiny scratches etc) but these just make each item unique. Due to the nature of Jesmonite, these are unavoidable and are not deemed as imperfections – it all adds to the uniqueness!
**Care Instructions:
- Hand wipe only with a damp cloth then dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe and do not leave liquids on for a period of time.
- Not to be used for food and avoid direct contact with anything extremely hot.
- Do not use the surface for cutting and products to be handled with care to avoid chips or damage.
