Rhubarb Spritz – Caffeine-Free Rhubarb Fruit Tea

It brews into a gorgeous deep pink colour that looks just as good as it tastes.

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup.
Pour freshly boiled water (100°C).
Steep for 5–12 minutes depending on your preferred strength.
